North West Upgrader Project - PMC

PCL Industrial Management Inc. in a joint venture with SNC-Lavalin Inc. is providing overall project management contracting services on behalf of North West Upgrading. This joint venture will also provide complete engineering, procurement and construction of three process units and the OSBL portion of the project.
